The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) is a constitutional body responsible for conducting various civil services examinations in the state of Uttarakhand. It was established on 14 March 2001 under the provisions of the Article 315 of the Constitution of India. The UKPSC is responsible for recruitment to various civil services posts in the state and advises the state government on matters related to personnel management, recruitment, promotion, and disciplinary matters.

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission has a well-defined structure with a Chairman and members appointed by the Governor of Uttarakhand. The commission consists of one Chairman and seven members, including the Secretary who acts as the ex-officio Joint Secretary. The UKSSSC was established under the provisions of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission Act, 2014. The commission conducts various recruitment examinations for Group C and Group D posts in various departments of the state government.
